How to use: Elodea is an aquatic plant that makes oxygen when it
photosynthesises — each gas bubble you see rising is a little packet of O₂.
More bubbles per minute means a faster rate. Change one factor at a time and watch
the graph's slope: try dimming the light, chilling the water, or starving it of CO₂.
Oxygen production stops completely in the dark.
Notice: raising any single factor helps — but only up to a point. At high light
the rate levels off (a limiting factor bites), and above ~40 °C the rate crashes
because the plant's enzymes denature. Real photosynthesis needs light energy, water and
CO₂, and this sim only shows the light-dependent part: keep an eye on the bubbles.
