Keyboard: focus the canvas with Tab, then use the arrow keys to move the electron.
How to use: Sodium (Na) has one electron in its outer shell.
Chlorine (Cl) has seven and needs one more to be full.
Drag the lone electron from sodium to the empty slot on chlorine.
When it arrives, both atoms become ions — and opposite charges attract.
Notice: sodium loses an electron and becomes Na⁺. Chlorine gains one and becomes Cl⁻. Opposite charges attract, so the two ions stick together. That's an ionic bond. The electron didn't disappear — it moved. Metals lose, non-metals gain.
